BBI Center with its concept and quality provides a unique working environment of the highest standards. Currently available are office spaces on the first and fourth floor.

These are the offices of 180 m2 on the first floor and 234 m2 and 227 m2 on the fourth floor. The office space on the first floor are available immediately, and the spaces on the fourth will be available for rent by the end of the year. The space on the first floor is possible to lease in smaller office spaces at a cost of 20 Eur/m2.

Office of the BBI Center can be rented at a cost of 16 Euro / m2 with 5.5 Euro / m2 for management costs.

These costs include delivery of hot and cold water, heating, cooling, monitoring and maintenance of common parts, parking as well as the aesthetic appearance of the immediate surroundings of the BBI Center. In addition, the cost of management includes all systems in the common parts of the BBI Center as well as cleaning of the common parts of the BBI Center.
